Scope of Work
1) Civil & Structural Works
Excavation and construction of RCC pool shell with steel reinforcement.
Waterproofing using Mapei cementitious coating (2 layers).
2) MEP & Filtration System
Installed AstralPool filtration system with skimmer and return lines.
Added LED underwater lighting and electrical DB connection.
3) Finishing & Tiling
Applied blue mosaic tiles with waterproof adhesive.
Finished pool coping and surrounding interlock.
4) Testing & Commissioning
Performed pressure and water retention testing for 48 hours.
Handover with complete filtration and lighting system functional check.
