1) Civil & Structural Modifications
Removed old partitions and restructured load-bearing beams for open-plan design.

Integrated LED lights, smart thermostats, and motion sensors.
3) Interior Design & Finishing
Installed gypsum ceilings, wall paneling, and luxury flooring.
Painted with Jotun Fenomastic, and added RAK ceramics tiles and Grohe fittings.
4) Exterior & Landscaping
Renovated villa façade with marble chips plaster and LED façade lighting.
Added decorative boundary wall, landscape lighting, and water features.
5) Final Testing & Handover
Conducted waterproofing, AC pressure testing, and lighting inspections.
Delivered snag-free villa ready for occupancy.
