Project Overview

The old bathroom layout was inefficient and outdated. We executed a complete demolition and rebuild — installing new concealed piping, waterproofing layers, designer tiles, glass partitions, and smart fixtures. The transformation achieved a clean, modern look that’s durable and easy to maintain.

1) Demolition & Waterproofing

Removed old tiles, sanitaryware, and damaged plaster.
Applied multi-layer waterproofing membrane across wet areas.

Replaced concealed hot/cold water lines using PPR pipes.
Re-aligned floor drains and tested for zero leakage.

3) Tiling & Finishes

Installed 60×60 porcelain tiles with matching skirting.
Wall cladding with premium Italian tiles for a seamless finish.

4) Sanitaryware & Fixtures

Wall-hung WC, vanity counter basin, concealed mixer & rain shower.
Glass shower partition and stainless floor trap cover.

5) Electrical & Lighting

Installed recessed ceiling lights and mirror LED lights.
GFCI-protected electrical sockets for hairdryers and heaters.

6) Painting & Accessories

Moisture-resistant paint above tile height.
Installed towel racks, shelves, and shower accessories.
