Project Overview

The client requested a modern bedroom with a cozy yet elegant design. We replaced flooring, added a gypsum ceiling with LED lighting, installed a built-in wardrobe, repainted the walls, and added accent wood panels behind the bed to enhance warmth and luxury.

1) Civil & Flooring

Removed old tiles and installed SPC wooden flooring.

Leveled surface and installed floor skirting with matching shade.

2) Ceiling & Lighting

Installed gypsum false ceiling with recessed spotlights.

Added cove LED lighting for warm, soft illumination.

3) Carpentry & Wardrobes

Designed and built custom MDF wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors.

Added modular shelves, hanging rails, and concealed drawer handles.

4) Painting & Wall Finishes

Applied Jotun Fenomastic smooth finish in neutral tones.

Accent wall behind bed with wood-textured paneling.

5) Electrical & AC Works

Added new power sockets and dimmer switches.

Re-aligned AC diffuser and cleaned ducts for balanced airflow.

6) Finishing & Décor

Installed curtain rods, side lamps, and decorative mirrors.

Final cleaning and handover after inspection.
