The project transformed an unused corner room into a smart study area combining productivity and comfort. We designed a built-in workstation, floating shelves, acoustic wall panels, and ambient lighting — creating a peaceful environment perfect for focus and creativity.

Re-leveled floor and replaced old tiles with wooden laminate flooring.

Applied Jotun Fenomastic paint with a soft beige-grey finish.

5) Electrical & AC Works
Added power sockets and concealed wiring for computer setup.
Optimized air-conditioning vent positioning for comfort.

Installed decorative art frame and ergonomic office chair.
