From structural civil work to finishing details, the entire pool system was engineered and installed to Dubai Municipality standards.

Scope of Work
1) Excavation & Structural Work
Excavated area as per design drawings.
Constructed reinforced concrete base and walls with waterproof admixture.
2) Plumbing & MEP Works
Installed suction, return, skimmer, and overflow lines using pressure-rated PVC pipes.
Fitted pump room components including filter, pump, and valves.
3) Waterproofing & Finishing
Applied double-layer Mapei waterproof coating on all surfaces.
Installed Italian blue mosaic tiles with epoxy grout.
4) Electrical & Lighting
Installed RGB underwater LED lights with control panel.
Connected junction boxes and waterproof conduits.
5) Testing & Commissioning
Pressure and leakage testing for all pipelines.
Pool filled, balanced, and handed over ready for use.
