Scope of Work
1) Demolition & Preparation
Removed existing damaged tiles and old waterproofing layers.
Cleaned concrete surface and prepared for new coating.
2) Waterproofing Works
Applied cementitious waterproofing membrane in 3 coats.
Sealed corners and edges with flexible waterproof tape.
3) Tiling & Grouting
Installed new blue mosaic tiles with water-resistant adhesive.
Epoxy grouting for long-lasting waterproof finish.
4) Plumbing & Mechanical Works
Checked and replaced main drain lines, inlet jets, and skimmers.
Serviced filtration system and replaced worn-out valves.
5) Electrical & Lighting
Installed new underwater LED RGB lights.
Upgraded junction box and waterproof electrical conduits.
6) Finishing & Testing
Refilled the pool and conducted 48-hour water leakage test.
Final cleaning and handover to client.
