1) Demolition & Surface Prep
Removal of existing tiles and coping, repair of cracks and damaged screed.
Grinding & cleaning to sound concrete; debris disposal as per protocols.
2) Waterproofing
Application of cementitious waterproofing system with curing schedule.
Hydrostatic testing before tiling.
3) Tiling & Finishes
Slip-resistant porcelain tiles on pool floor & steps.
Glass mosaics at waterline; epoxy grout application.
4) MEP Works
Replacement of suction/return lines, pump & filter upgrade.
LED underwater lights installation with control panel adjustments.
5) Commissioning
System testing, backwashing, water balancing, and handover.
